The Hotel School in Sydney delivers Southern Cross University courses and is formed through a unique partnership between Southern Cross University and the global hotel investment group Mulpha Australia. Courses focus on hotel operational skills, management practice in the tourism and hospitality industry and the skills needed for continued learning in a changing global business environment.

The Hotel School Sydney has built close working relationships with many leading tourism organisations in Australia and around the world. This enables The Hotel School Sydney to offer a Work Integrated Learning program (WIL) or internships.
