Oceania Polytechnic Institute of Education (OPIE) is an advancing, private tertiary institution in Victoria, Australia, dedicated to teaching excellence in Fine Arts and Technology.

Recognised Training, Credit Transfer & Articulation - All courses offered have been assessed for pre-recognition, recognition and/or accreditation. Specific courses, are approved as Nationally Recognised Training (NRT) and OPIE is registered with the Office of Training and Further Education to offer these courses.

Complete Insurance & Student Welfare Protection - OPIE has many provisions in place to protect students' interests and welfare. These are reflected in the OPIE Code of Conduct, Quality Control mechanisms, Grievance Procedures, and Refund Policies. For all Nationally Recognised Training courses, OPIE has also attained tuition cover and is registered with organisations such as ACPET (Australian Council for Private Education and Training), which provide tuition assurance and insurance for the protection of your education and fees.

OPIE Student Grievance Procedures welcomes students to voice their concerns either with staff, who are always very helpful, or their student representatives. Students are also invited to talk to the counsellors if they have a personal or study problem and are assured confidentiality. For medical problems, the Polytechnic encourages students to approach the OPIE Medical officer.
