Blackwood High School is a large metropolitan high school renowned for its achievements in academics, performing arts and sport. Students develop global connections through the internationally accredited International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program in Years 8-10. We offer the South Australian Certificate of Eduction in Years 11 and 12.

The school overlooks native bushland and is only 20 minutes from the centre of Adelaide and even closer to recreational parks, cinemas, good transport and
large, welcoming community shopping centres.
